WHY:
This event will be a fantastic showcase for community–based partners and local stakeholders in the Watts Community.  Spearheaded by Project Blue, a Community Violence Intervention Youth Programming Partner, in partnership with the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office, Mayor Karen Bass’ Office, and Council District 15, the Fair seeks to recognize the outstanding work of local organizations and resources that enhance the Watts Community.  The Fair will feature live music, entertainment, food, giveaways, and plenty of fun for all attendees.  Following the Fair, an exciting basketball game awaits with surprise celebrity guests from the Los Angeles Lakers and the entertainment industry, local community heroes, Verbum Dei and St. Mary students.
