Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department’s Robbery Homicide Detectives have released surveillance video and are are continuing to seek the public’s assistance with identifying the suspects wanted for an attempted murder in Hollywood.

Reward Offered in Attempt Murder Investigation

Los Angeles: Detectives from the Los Angeles Police Department’s Robbery Homicide Division (RHD) are asking for the public’s help in identifying an attempt murder suspect.

On April 16, 2022, at around 2:35 in the morning, the victim was followed from the Hyde Sunset night club back to his vehicle in the 8200 block of Sunset Boulevard. As the victim stood next to a vehicle, he was approached by two suspects, described as male, Blacks, both armed with firearms. During an attempt robbery, suspect-1 fired a gunshot striking the victim. The suspects entered their vehicle and fled the area. No property was taken from the victim. The suspect’s vehicle is described as a 2004-2012 BMW 3-Series, black or dark colored sedan. The vehicle has 5-spoke wheels, no front license plate and possible damage or malfunction to the passenger side tail light.

Detectives have obtained a $50,000 reward from the Los Angeles City Council for any information leading to the identity, arrest and prosecution of the persons responsible.
