Circumstances

Suspect and victim were involved in a verbal dispute when the suspect brandished a firearm. Suspect attempted to leave in his vehicle when victim’s son boxed the suspect in. Victim’s son pulled out a firearm and there was an exchange of gunfire. Victim was struck and killed by gunfire.
