Circumstances

Victim was seated in his parked vehicle. Suspect drove up in a vehicle, exited and approached the victim on foot. Suspect then fired multiple rounds at the victim as the victim attempted to drive away. Victim was struck by gunfire and died at a local hospital after being transported by LAFD. The suspect fled in the vehicle he arrived in.
