Police Investigates Double Homicide in Front of Beauty Salon

On Wednesday, September 29, 1999 at approximately 3:25 P.M., the victims, George Pedro Hunt II, a male, Black, 22 years of age and Dewayne Robinson, a male, Black, 22 years of age, were standing in the rear driveway of "Hair-4-Daze" Beauty Salon, which is located at 3300 block of West 54th Street in Los Angeles. Unknown suspect(s) approached and confronted the victims and fired several shots in their direction. Both victims were discovered in the driveway of said address with multiple gunshot wounds to their upper torso and pronounced dead at the scene.

Motive for this incident has not been established. The suspect(s) and weapon remain outstanding.
