Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department’s South Bureau Homicide detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect responsible for the shooting death of a 23-year-old man.
On Thursday, May 16, 2024, around 7:30 a.m., 77th Street Division patrol officers responded to a radio call of an “Ambulance Shooting” in the 8300 block of South Denker Avenue.
When officers arrived, they located the victim who had sustained several gunshot wounds. Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics responded and pronounced the victim dead at scene. There is no suspect description at this time. The victim’s name is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
