Monique Turner serves as the Commanding Officer of the Application Development and Support Division (ADSD). Monique initiated her career in information technology with the Los Angeles Police Department in 1998. Over the course of her tenure, she has progressively advanced through various pivotal roles within the LAPD IT department, demonstrating exceptional expertise and commitment to her field.
