"Eleven Year-Old Girl Missing"

Los Angeles – On April 10, 2000, at approximately 7:00 pm, eleven year-old, Michelle Villagomez was reported missing. Villagomez is at risk because of her age. Villagomez is female, Hispanic, 5-1, 90 pounds, small build, and dark complexioned.

Villagamez threatened to run away two weeks ago because of a disagreement she had with her mother. She was last seen on April 10, 2000, by a thirteen year-old aunt at Foshay Middle School. She failed to return home from school.

On April 11, 2000 at approximately 8:00 am, Villagomez was seen meeting with a friend of hers that she had planned to run away with two weeks prior. The friend had been suspended from school, but had been dropped off at school by her father who was unaware of the suspension.
