On Saturday, February 15th, 2025, the Los Angeles Police Department’s Valley Bureau Homicide detectives identified the suspect in the shooting as 46-year-old Carlos Meza. LAPD’s Gang and Narcotics Division (GND) Fugitive Task Force located Meza in the area of Vineland Avenue and Vanowen Street, where he was taken into custody following a Use-of-Force. Meza was treated at a local hospital before being booked at Van Nuys Jail for 187 (a) PC – Murder. His booking number is 6969234 and he is being held with no bail.
North Hollywood: The Los Angeles Police Department’s Valley Bureau Homicide detectives seek any information the public may have that would lead to the arrest of the suspect(s) involved in the murder of 32-year-old Luke Reynolds.
On Saturday, February 15, 2025 at 1:46 a.m., several individuals became involved in a fistfight in front of a business located on the 11100 block of Magnolia Boulevard. As a result of this altercation, Luke Reynolds was shot several times and was pronounced deceased at scene by paramedics of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
No arrests have been made and there is no suspect information at this time.
