Los Angeles – On Tuesday, August 8, 1998, Southwest CRASH Officers Filberto Cuesta and his partner, Officer Richard Gabaldon, were monitoring a loud ‘gang’ party near Carlin Avenue and Duray Place in Southwest Area.
