Critical Missing 16-Year-Old Male NR17248sr

Daniel Hernandez was found in the city of North Hollywood in good
health and is reunited with his family.

Pacoima: The family of
Daniel Hernandez and the Los Angeles Police Department’s Mission
Area Juvenile Detectives are asking for the public’s help in
locating him.

On August 23, at 6:45 p.m., Daniel and his mother were attending a
school meeting in the 9400 block of Remick Avenue. Daniel became
upset at the outcome of the meeting, left the school and has not
been seen since.

Daniel suffers from a pre-existing medical condition and takes
various medications for these conditions. His mother is worried for
his health and safety. Daniel did not take any of his medication
with him.

Daniel is described as a 16-year-old male Hispanic with black
hair and brown eyes. He stands 6 feet 1 inch tall, has a heavy
build, dark complexion and weighs approximately 310 pounds. He
was last seen wearing a blue “L.A Dodger” hat, gray “Dodger”
jacket, tan shorts, and white tennis shoes. He also has scars on
his forehead and the knuckles of his right hand. Daniel
frequently visits his girlfriend in the North Hollywood
area.
