WHY:             
Detectives will release information regarding the circumstances surrounding the events that led to the arrest of 50 year-old Charlie Samuel of Los Angeles, for the murder of 17 year-old, Lily Burk.  Samuel is being held without bail at the Metropolitan Jail.  

Burk’s body was discovered Saturday morning inside her vehicle near East 5th Street and Alameda Street.  She is believed to have been the victim of a botched robbery.
