WHO:
Los Angeles Police Department Personnel and Business Improvement District Safety Officers.

WHY:
The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) and the Business Improvement Districts (BID) in Central Area, join the Central City Police Boosters in honoring the Central Area LAPD Officers who have gone beyond the call of duty “to protect and serve” and the BID Officers who assist in providing a safe community in the downtown area.

This year’s keynote speaker is Carmen A. Trutanich, Los Angeles City Attorney. The luncheon provides the businesses and residents in the community a forum to recognize and support the honorees for their commitment and dedication.

Captain Todd C. Chamberlain, LAPD, Central Area, Captain Daryl M. Russell, LAPD, Central Patrol Division, as well as representatives from the BIDs will be on hand to support and present awards to the following personnel:
