DETAILS:
The Los Angeles Police Academy will graduate 25 officers, 24 of which will represent the LAPD. An additional graduate will be an officer for Los Angeles World Airports. Of the 24, there are 20 males and four females.  The ethnic breakdown of the 24 graduates is as follows: eight Caucasians, 10 Hispanics, two African American, three Asians (non-Korean) and one American Indian.  Graduating officers have completed 920 hours of training over the course of 24 weeks.
