WHAT: News Conference to announce a $50,000 reward offered by the Los Angeles City Council for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a hit and run driver responsible for killing a 27-year-old mother and seriously injuring her 5-year-old daughter.

WHEN: Wednesday, February 3, 2016 9:00 a.m.

WHO: Los Angeles City Councilmember Jose Huizar, Council District 13 LAPD Captain Ann E. Young, Commanding Officer, Central Traffic Division LAPD Central Traffic Detectives Family members of the victims

WHY: City Councilmember Jose Huizar will announce the $50,000 reward for information leading to the arrest, prosecution and conviction of the Hit and Run suspect. Photos of the victim will be provided by the family, and a photo of the suspect vehicle will be displayed.
