The Los Angeles Police Department and Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department have partnered with the City of Hope to create awareness about the “Be the Match” Bone Marrow Registration Drive.

LAPD Deputy Chief Robert N. Arcos, Central Bureau Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Chief Earl M. Shields Representative from the Mayor’s Office of the City of Los Angeles Representatives from the City of Hope City of Hope Survivors and Family

WHY:
To encourage the public to join the “Be the Match” Donor Registry to help patients get lifesaving transplants needed. Bone Marrow Registration will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
