Burglary Suspects Captured on Video NR19070ml

Los Angeles: Los Angeles Police
Department, Rampart Burglary Detectives are asking for the public’s
help to assist in providing any information that would lead to the
identification and arrest of the suspects responsible for
burglarizing a home.

On March 4, 2019 at approximately 3:40 p.m., Rampart Area patrol
officers responded to a Burglary investigation at the 300 block
of Columbia Avenue. Preliminary investigation revealed that two
Hispanic suspects, one male and one female, worked together to
lure the victim out of his home. Suspects then gained entry into
his home, removed property and fled the location.

Suspect’s vehicle is possibly a GMC or Chevrolet SUV (Trailblazer
or Envoy model), silver in color. Female suspect stands at 5 feet
4inches tall, weighs 150 lbs., black hair, held a clipboard and
rang victim’s front door.

Female suspect would distract the elderly Victim by speaking only
in English and then convinced him to follow her away from the
residence.

The male suspect, standing 5 feet 7 inches to 5 feet 8 inches
tall, weighing approximately 150-160 lbs., black hair, would
appear, enter residence and then take property from inside.
Victim did not realize anyone even entered his residence.
