Los Angeles: On Saturday, October 23, 2004, Foothill Division will be having an Open House Festival. This will be a day filled with fun, food, and displays. There will be children’s activities, children’s fingerprinting, children’s bicycle safety course, moon bounce, Police and Fire displays. There will be prizes for children 11 years and under for best costume.
