WHY:   
The Los Angeles Kings alumnus and radio commentator Daryl Evans, King’s mascot Bailey, and the Kings Chariot will visit the San Pedro Boys and Girls Club to host a Ball Hockey Day for approximately 200 kids in their after school program.  The kids, ages 12 to 18, will participate in ball hockey clinics and games with Daryl Evans and Bailey.  The Kings are also donating 200 tickets to the Saturday, November 22, game vs Colorado.  There will also be Los Angeles Kings prizes for the kids in the San Pedro Boys and Girls Club after school program. The LAPD and the supporters of the Boys and Girls Club will be on hand to help organize the event and stress the importance of staying in school and being a good citizen.
