WHY:        
The Teen Community Police Advisory Board (CPAB) Conference was established in January 2006.  Since its inception, the Harbor Area has seen youth violence decrease 11%.  

During the Teen CPAB Conference, topics of discussion will include the valuable role teens play in the problem solving process to reduce youth violence, gang prevention and intervention, the negative impacts of driving while under the influence, racial tolerance and making wise decisions.
