Circumstances

Suspect and victim were involved in a verbal dispute when the suspect brandished a firearm. Suspect attempted to leave in his vehicle when victim’s son boxed the suspect in. Victim’s son pulled out a firearm and a gun battle ensued. Victim was struck and killed by the gunfire. Suspect was also killed by the gunfire.
