Assistant Chief Robert N. Arcos is the Director of the Office of Operations. Commander Kris Pitcher is the Assistant to the Director.

The Office of Operations oversees uniformed operations city-wide. It is responsible for coordinating the Department's anti-crime initiatives to maximize effectiveness in dealing with crime and social disorder.
