Why:    
Paulina Ibarra was killed on August 28, 2009, in East Hollywood.  The victim’s family and Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) detectives hope that a reward of $50,000 offered through the office of Los Angeles City Council President Eric Garcetti will provide leads in the case from assistance with the community.
