WHY:
Halloween is an exciting night of the year and a special treat for young children.  It is also an important time to be vigilant for potential safety hazards.  Parents and motorists need to be especially cautious and alert during Halloween to ensure the safety of all pedestrians.  Halloween traffic safety tips will be provided to ensure everyone’s safety.

VISUALS:
A parade of elementary school children in Halloween costumes will be available. A display of traditional wrapped candy and its look-a-like of marijuana laced candy wrappers will be shown.
