Puppy Burglary NR17037im

Panorama City: On January 28,
2017, at 3:50 p.m., Los Angeles Police Department Mission Area
patrol officers responded to a radio call of a “possible hot prowl”
at a residence in the 9000 block of Tobias Avenue in the City of
Panorama City.

The residents at the home told officers that a man and a woman had
come into the residence and took her 3 month old husky puppy named
Lucy.

The investigation revealed that the two suspects kicked in the
front door, entered the residence, took Lucy and fled the location
to an unknown area.

Suspect-1 is described as a male Hispanic, approximately
24-years-old , 5 feet 7 inches tall, who was wearing a cream
colored baseball hat, a buttoned up shirt and creamed colored
pants. Suspect-2 is described as a female Hispanic approximately
18-years-old, 5 feet tall, black hair, brown eyes, wearing a black
sweat shirt and light blue jeans.
