Suspect was employed by victim as a bodyguard. During this time victim & suspect had disputes over missing money. On 10/4/98 suspect drove victim to a doctors appointment. They again argued over money missing from the victim’s purse. The victim then fired the suspect. The suspect took victim’s firearm from the victims vehicle and threatened to shoot victim
