Details
On 06/29/10, David Juarez was shot and killed by Hilton Hopkinson, who is an MS gang member. Juarez drove southbound on St. Andrews Place and Santa Monica Boulevard. Suspect Hopkinson also attempted to kill three additional victims who were seated in the decedent’s car. Jessica Pinzon, also an MS gang member, ordered Hopkinson to do the shooting and specifically targeted the three other passengers who were in the decedent’s vehicle. Pinzon stalked the victims hours earlier and selected the time and place to carry out the murder. Pinzon and Hopkinson then escaped as she drove away from the scene.
