On Monday October 30, 1995 at approximately 9:00pm, Javier Rosales (age 21) was shot and killed in his apartment in the 8100 block of Langdon Avenue in Panorama City. The victim’s roommate, Jose Nery Lemos has been identified as the shooter in this matter.
