Details
On 4-26-97 suspect and victim were involved in a vehicle to vehicle confrontation. Words were exchanged and the suspect produced a handgun. The suspect shot into the victim’s vehicle hitting victim in the upper torso. Victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Suspect Rodriguez fled the scene with other gang members.
