Detectives of Burglary-Auto Theft Division are investigating a grand theft that occurred on January 19, 2000. Two suspects posing as “Brink’s” security guards entered a business in the downtown Jewelry Mart and intercepted $835,000 in jewelry and diamonds destined for jewelry show in Florida. The jewelry had an overlapping logo of a “SC.” The first suspect is shown above in the composite drawing. The second suspect is a Male, White, Black hair, unknown eye color, 5-1- to 5-11, 200-210 lbs., 34-36 years. There is a $25,000 reward being offered for information leading to the recovery of the property and the arrest and conviction of these suspects.
