UPDATE:On Thursday, December 23rd, at 2:30 p.m., 13-year-old Levon Karaelian returned home.
Los Angeles: The family of Levon Karaelian and Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) are asking for the public’s help in finding the 13-year-old missing boy.
Karaelian was last seen by his parents on Wednesday, December 22 at about 6 p.m. at their home in the 1500 block of North Schrader Boulevard in Hollywood. Karaelian told his mother that he was going to walk over to a friend’s house, who also resides in the Hollywood Area. When Karaelian did not return home at a “reasonable hour”, his mother grew concerned and went to the friend’s house, but learned he never showed up. Since leaving the house, he has not had any contact with his family. Karaelian’s parents told police that he has never stayed out this late and that he also has asthma and did not take his medication with him.
Karaelian is described as a White male with brown hair and brown eyes. He stands about five feet, two inches tall, and weighs around 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, yellow pants, and grey tennis shoes.
