14-Year-Old Boy Abducted by Estranged Father; Enroute to Mexico

Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating 14-year-old Luis Alberto Jacobo who was abducted by his father. 
On February 10, 2006, at around 8:00 AM, Luis’ uncle who has a custody order for Luis, drove him to school.  A few hours later, the uncle received a phone call from the school that Luis was absent.  The uncle contacted police.  Officers interviewed some of Luis’ friends and learned that Luis had told them he was going to Mexico with his biological father. 
The uncle recalled that on February 4th, Luis’ father, Juan Jacobo, who has not had contact for 4 years, came to his house and said he wanted to take Luis to Disneyland.  The uncle told the father he couldn’t go because Luis had school. 
The uncle added that Luis’ father does not have a car and they were possibly traveling on a bus enroute to Sinaloa, Mexico.
During the investigation the uncle received a phone call from Luis that he was in Yuma, Arizona with his father and his 20-year-old brother and they were going to Mexico.
Luis is described as having a thin build with black hair, brown eyes, 5′ 6″, 120 lbs.  He was last seen wearing a long sleeve orange and brown shirt.
Luis’ father is 43 years of age with black hair, brown eyes, 5′ 6″, 150 lbs.
UPDATE
Luis’ brother, Juan Jacobo Jr., is also wanted for abducting 14-year-old Jenny Gonzalez, his girlfriend.  Jenny is a female Hispanic with black hair, brown eyes, 5′ 4″, 130 lbs.  She was last seen wearing a white tank top and a blue Dodgers jacket.  Jacobo Jr. has black hair, green eyes, and 5″ 10″ 160 lbs.
