Los Angeles: The family of 18-year-old, Julian Thompkins and the Los Angeles Police Department are asking for the public’s help in finding Thompkins who has been missing for a few days now.
On November 6, 2011, at about 1 p.m., Thompkins was last seen in the area of Century Boulevard and Bellanca Avenue near the Los Angeles International Airport. He was last seen by his mother, walking eastbound on Century Boulevard from the location. Thompkins is from New Jersey and was in the Los Angeles area to visit the University of Southern California campus.
He is described as a male Black with black hair, brown eyes, stands about 6 feet 4 inches and weighs 170 pounds. He has a tattoo of a spider web on his left elbow and has also used the name Julian Ewing. He was wearing a black and gray “speckled” hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and gray Nike tennis shoes.
Thompkins was scheduled to return to New Jersey on November 7, 2011 but did not make his flight. He may have a passport with him but otherwise has no other identification or cell phone. He has not been in contact with any family member or friends and this is extremely out of character for him. They are very concerned for his well being and fear he may need medical treatment.
