Los Angeles: Detectives from the Los Angeles Police Department Criminal Gang and Homicide Division are asking for the public’s help in providing information that would lead to the arrest of the suspect responsible for the murder of 19-year-old Justin Kieshawn Alexander Logie.
On Friday, March 20, 2015, around 2:00 a.m., the victim was standing in front of a residence in the 100 block of East Florence Avenue, in the South Los Angeles area, when he was approached by an unknown suspect and shot him multiple times. The suspect then fled the location in an unknown direction.
Los Angeles City Fire Department paramedics responded to the location and pronounced Mr. Logie dead at the scene. The motive for the shooting is still under investigation but it appears to be some type of dispute.
