Los Angeles: The family of Luis
Alberto Ramirez and the Los Angeles Police Department are asking
for the public’s help in locating him.
Mr. Ramirez was last seen on January 20, 2016, around 6:00 p.m., in
the 1000 block of West 46th Street in the city of Los Angeles. Mr.
Ramirez suffers from a mental health condition and has the mental
capacity of a 4-year-old. His family is extremely concerned that he
has not come home.
Mr.
Ramirez is described as a 21-year-old male Hispanic with brown hair
and brown eyes. He stands 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs
approximately 250 pounds. Mr. Ramirez was last seen wearing a blue
sweater and white pants.
