Update
Mr. Valles was located at a local area hospital
and is in good condition.
Los Angeles: The family of Andrew Lee Valles and the
Los Angeles Police Department are asking for the public’s help in
locating him.
Andrew was last seen on February 4, 2016, around 1:00 p.m., in the
8600 block of W. 3rd Street, in the city of Los Angeles. He is
intellectually disabled and has the mental capacity of an
8-year-old. Andrew’s family is extremely concerned that he has not
been located.
Andrew is described as a 21-year-old male Hispanic with brown hair
and brown eyes. He stands 6 feet tall and weighs approximately 140
pounds. Andrew was last seen wearing a blue shirt, grey sweat pants
and tan sandals.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Andrew Lee Valles is
asked to contact Detective K. Thomas, LAPD Missing Persons Unit, at
