Los Angeles: The family of
Melvin Adalberto Avelar and the Los Angeles Police Department’s
Missing Persons Unit are asking for the public’s help in locating
Mr. Avelar.
On November 1, 2015, around 9 a.m., Mr. Avelar was last seen in the
2500 block of Rosemead Boulevard, in the city of El Monte. His
family is extremely concerned that he has not been located.
Mr.
Avelar is described as a 25-year-old male Hispanic with black hair
and brown eyes. He stands 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs around
140 pounds. Mr. Avelar was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, blue
jeans and a black hat.
