UPDATE
Mr. Soto has
been located in good condition and re-united with his
family.
Los Angeles: The family of Roger Soto and the Los Angeles
Police Department’s Missing Persons Unit is requesting the public’s
help in locating him.
Mr.Soto was last seen on August 10, 2016, around 4 a.m., at the 700
block of 42nd Place in Los Angeles. His family has not seen or
heard from him and is extremely concerned for his welfare. Mr. Soto
is suffering from a mental illness.
Mr.Soto is described as a 26-year-old Hispanic male with shoulder
length black hair and brown eyes. He stands 5 feet 7 inches tall
and weighs approximately 135 pounds. He was last seen wearing a
white shirt, black pants, and no shoes.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Roger Soto is asked
to contact Detective A. Mercado, Missing Persons Unit, at (213)
996-1800. During non-business hours or on weekends, calls should be
