Los Angeles: Homicide detectives from Harbor Area are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect responsible for the murder of a 27-year-old man.
On November 3, 2015, approximately 10:44 a.m., Manuel Chacon was sitting in the driver’s seat of a stolen 2013 Nissan truck when he was shot multiple times. The vehicle was parked in an alley located in the 700 block of Gulf Avenue in the City of Wilmington. Mr. Chacon did not survive the injuries and was pronounced dead at scene.
