Los Angeles: The Family of
Oswald Puldon and the Los Angeles Police Department’s Devonshire
Division is asking for the public’s help to locate the 29-year-old
Northridge resident.
Mr. Puldon was
last seen on July 20, 2015, at approximately 9:30 p.m., in the
10000 Block of Babbitt Avenue in Northridge. Mr. Puldon is
diagnosed with schizophrenia and has the mental capacity of a 16
year old. His family is concerned for his welfare.
Oswald Puldon is described as a 29-years-old Male Hispanic with
black hair, brown eyes. He stands 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs
approximately 270 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black Hawaiian
shirt, blue jeans, and light gray tennis shoes.
