Why:
The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), Community Safety Partnership Bureau (CSPB), in collaboration with our first responder partners, will host the “2nd Annual First Responders’ Drive-Thru Holiday Toy Giveaway” at Dodger Stadium.
LAPD Chief Michel Moore and Los Angeles County Sheriff Alex Villanueva will be in attendance to support the brave men and women of their respective agencies, in spreading holiday cheer to the community members, both young and old, they proudly protect and serve.
The drive-thru event will be sponsored by various community partners and coordinated through the efforts of the San Fernando Gardens CSP Team and Officer Michael Scott. The event will begin at 9:00 am and children in attendance will receive one toy (a child be present for entry). The event is strictly drive-thru for the public (no walk-ups allowed), and vehicles must enter the venue at the Golden State Gate-C, which is accessible via Stadium Way and Academy Road.
All participants must adhere to all COVID-19 guidelines, to include, the donning of face coverings. Public vehicle access to the event will conclude at 1:00 pm. Happy Holidays from all first responders in the City of Los Angeles.
