Los Angeles: The family of Joseph Tsimi and the Los Angeles Police Department’s Northeast Area officers are asking for the public’s help in locating the 36-year-old man.

Joseph was last seen on Sunday June 11, 2023, between 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on foot in the area of Sunset Boulevard and Alvarado Street. Joseph is described as a male, Black, 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 200 pounds. He has black hair and black eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue sweater, black pants, and blue shoes. Joseph suffers from seizures and his mental condition is poor.
