Earlier today, Ms. Kunene was located at Harbor UCLA Hospital in good condition; she has been reunited with her family.
Los Angeles: The family of Thathakahle Kunene and the Los Angeles Police Department request the public’s assistance in locating Kunene.
Kunene was last seen by her husband on May 17, 2013, around 7:30 a.m., at their home in the 3700 block of Westwood Boulevard in LAPD’s Pacific Area. Her family has not had any contact with her during the past twelve days. They have advised that Kunene suffers from a mental condition and may be in need of medical care.
Kunene is described as a 40-year-old female African American with black hair and brown eyes. She stands at 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs around 190 pounds.
Kunene is a frequent user of the Los Angeles County public transportation system.
