Missing persons Francis Akinro has been located. Yesterday (June 25) in good condition.
Los Angeles: The family of Francis Akinro and the Los Angeles Police Department’s Missing Person Unit are asking for the public’s help to locate Akinro.
On June 1, 2013, at 4:00 p.m., Akinro was last seen in the 300 block of N. Stanley Street in Los Angeles. He left the location and has not been seen or heard from since. His family is extremely concerned for his welfare because he has a mental condition.
Akinro is described as a 45-year-old black male with black hair, brown eyes. He is 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs about 300 pounds. He was wearing a green T-shirt, blue shorts and black sandals. Akinro speaks with a heavy African accent and sometimes goes by the name-After Gods.
Anyone with information on Akinro’s whereabouts is asked to contact LAPD Missing Persons Unit Detective A. Mercado at (213) 996-1800. During non-business hours or on weekends, calls should be directed to 1-877-LAPD-24-7 (877-527-3247). Anyone wishing to remain anonymous should call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (800-222-8477).
