WHO: Los Angeles City Council Member Curren D. Price, District 9 LAPD Captain III Jorge Rodriguez, Commanding Officer Newton Area Officer Deen Alcaraz, LAPD Newton Homicide Officer Ken Ahn, LAPD Newton Homicide

WHY: On April 12, 2016, Sergio Beltran was shot to death on the corner of Central Avenue and Washington Boulevard. Detectives need the public’s help in identifying the suspect(s) responsible for his death.
