Los Angeles: The family of Cecil Whitson and the Los Angeles Police Department is asking for the public’s help to locate Mr. Whitson.
Mr. Whitson was last seen on July 20th 2014, at approximately 10:30 a.m., in the 1500 block of West 8th Street in the City of Los Angeles. Mr. Whitson was headed to Union Avenue and 8th Street. Mr. Whitson may be in need of medical attention and his family is very concerned that he has not been found.
Mr. Whitson is described as a 65-year-old Black male with gray hair and brown eyes. He stands 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs approximately 190 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue plaid long sleeve shirt, blue jeans and red and white tennis shoes.
