Los Angeles: The family of Cecil
Tyrone Whitson and the Los Angeles Police Department’s Missing
Persons Unit is requesting the public’s help in locating him.

Cecil Tyrone Whitson was last seen on April 28, 2015, around 11:30
a.m., near 8th Street and Union Ave, in the City of Los Angeles.
Cecil suffers from dementia, diabetes and PTSD. Cecil’s family is
concerned that he has not been located.

Cecil is
described as a 66-year-old male Black with brown/grey hair and
brown eyes. He stands 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs
approximately 170 pounds.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Cecil Tyrone Whitson
