Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department is asking for the public’s help to identify and locate the suspects responsible for gunning down two brothers and a relative.
On September 25, 2010, just before 1 a.m., 24-year-old Jose Martinez, his brother, 20-year-old Samuel Martinez and their 19-year-old relative, Marvin Gonzalez, were approached by two suspected gang members as they walked in the 2900 block of Division Street, in the Glassell Park community of Los Angeles. The suspects asked the three young men about their gang affiliation and before they could answer the suspects fired several gunshots, killing both Jose and Samuel Martinez and seriously wounding Marvin Gonzalez.
The Los Angeles City Council has approved a reward of $75,000.00 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for these vicious crimes.
