WHY: Operations-Valley Bureau homicide detectives are asking the public’s help in identifying and locating suspects involved in a murder and attempt murder of two 21-year-old Van Nuys area residents. The incident occurred December 6, 2018, near the 7300 block of Vista Del Monte Avenue. Detectives will announce a $ 75,000 reward that is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of these suspects.
