Los Angeles: The family of Ham Nguyen and the Los Angeles Police Department’s Missing Persons Unit are asking for the public’s help in locating him.
On November 22, 2012, around 3:00 p.m. Nguyen was with his wife were shopping in the area of North Hill St and College Street in the Chinatown area of Downtown Los Angeles. Nguyen’s wife focused her attention on her shopping, and when she turned around, Nguyen was missing. Nguyen suffers from Alzheimer’s and only speaks Vietnamese. According to Nguyen’s family, he has gone missing on prior occasions.
Nguyen is described as an 83-year-old male Asian with white hair and brown eyes. He stands 5 feet 6 inches tall, and weighs 120 pounds.
